Order Confirmation

Once your order details, mockups, quantities, and payment are confirmed, Spring Field Sports officially begins processing your order. Any changes requested after confirmation may affect production time and cost.

Production Time

Our standard production time is 2–4 weeks, depending on order size, customization level, and seasonal workload. Complex designs or bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

Customization & Quality Control

All products are manufactured according to approved designs and specifications. Each order undergoes strict quality control checks to ensure accuracy, durability, and premium finishing before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted courier and freight services. Delivery time varies based on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, courier issues, or force majeure events. We will keep you informed if any delays arise.

Returns & Refunds

As all items are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the order is proven to be defective or incorrect based on approved specifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
